30 millilitre pomegranate juice

60 millilitre *Appletiser*, to top

ice

lemon zest, for garnish

Method

1.Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

2.Shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute.

3.Garnish with lemon zest.

To make this a cocktail simply add 30ml vodka.
