Leftovers pate

Make the most of your leftovers and create this divine, silky smooth pate. Serve pate as part of a ploughman's lunch with bread, cheddar and watercress, or with crackers for a wonderful finger food.

Ingredients

Method

1.In a food processor, combine chicken, ham, cream cheese, chives and stock. Process until smooth.
2.Spoon evenly among 6 1/2-cup ramekins or 1 larger dish, smoothing surface. Pour a little butter over each. Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour.
3.Serve with bread, cheddar and watercress, or with crackers.

Pâté will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
