Method
1.Place garlic, 1 tablespoon oil, rosemary, juice and lamb in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Thread lamb onto 8 skewers.
2.Heat a large char-grill pan over high heat. Cook skewers for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking.
3.In a medium bowl, combine tomato, olives, mint, vinegar and remaining oil. Serve salsa with lamb skewers, lemon wedges and yoghurt.
