Method
1.Heat oil in a saucepan on medium. Cook onion for 3 minutes, stirring, until soft. Add garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute. Add seasoning mix and paprika and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
2.Add kumara, beans, tomato and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until kumara is tender. Season and serve topped with coriander.
