Method
1.Heat an oiled wok. In batches, stir-fry cheese until browned. Remove from wok.
2.Reheat wok and stir-fry zucchini, capsicum and cherry tomatoes until are tender.
3.Return cheese to wok with tomato pasta sauce. Stir-fry until hot and season to taste. Serve sprinkled with finely sliced fresh basil leaves.
