Method
1.Heat butter in a large frying pan; add bacon and mushrooms, cook, stirring, until browned lightly. Add garlic; cook, Stirring, until fragrant.
2.Stir in stock; boil, uncovered, until reduced by half. Add cream; bring to the boil. Reduce heat simmer, uncovered, until thickened slightly.
Sauce suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
