Method
1.Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions. Add frozen vegetables. Cook 2-3 minutes, until tender. Drain and return to pan.
2.Reheat saucepan on medium and add remaining ingredients. Toss to combine. Season to taste. Stir 2 minutes to heat through. Serve with extra parmesan and bread, if desired.
