Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line a 26 x 16cm (base measurement] slice pan with baking paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.

Combine both packets of dough, then roll out between sheets of baking paper to a 26x16cm rectangle. Place dough in base of prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine coconut, muesli and cranberries in a medium bowl. Add butter; mix well

Spoon muesli mixture evenly over cookie base. Bake for 10-12 minutes more or until golden. Remove from oven. Cool completely in pan (slice will firm). Serve cut into 12 pieces.
To make a rocky road slice top the cookie dough with coconut, morshmallows, muesli and chopped chocolate. Use any dried fruit, such as peach or apricot.
