1.Place noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with just-boiled water. Separate with a fork and drain well. Set aside.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan or wok on high. Sauté‚ onion, garlic and chilli for 1 minute.
3.Add laksa paste. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Blend in stock and coconut milk. Bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat to low.
4.Add noodles, chicken, green beans, bean sprouts, sugar, fish sauce and lime juice. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Top with coriander and chilli to serve. Accompany with lime wedges.
