Method
1.In a large saucepan, combine potato, onion, garlic and water on high heat. Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes, until potato is tender. Drain, reserving cooking water. Return cooking water to saucepan and bring to boil. Add cabbage and chorizo and cook for 3 minutes, until cabbage is just tender.
2.Meanwhile, mash potato mixture. Stir mash through cabbage. Season and serve.
