Method
1.Cover raisins in hot water and soak for 15 minutes. Drain.
2.Mash the anchovies in a small bowl with the back of a spoon. Add the vinegar and dribble in the oil. Add the chillies, capers and parsley, and the drained, chopped raisins. This can be prepared in advance.
3.Plunge the broccolini into a saucepan of boiling salted water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain, then dry on paper towels. Repeat with the cauliflower. The vegetables should be crisp but not raw. Toss with the dressing and serve immediately on a heated plate.
