Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate 180°C. Line a 6-hole (2/3 cup) texas muffin pan with paper patty cases.
2.Into a large bowl, sift combined flour and cocoa. Stir in sugar.
3.In a large jug, whisk banana, butter, yoghurt and eggs together.
4.Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients. Add banana mixture all at once. Mix lightly until just combined. Do not over-mix. Divide mixture among recesses.
5.Bake 20-25 minutes, until cooked when tested. Cool in pan 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Top with a dollop of nutella and fresh banana slices, if liked.
