Method
1.In a bowl, mix turkey mince, onion, breadcrumbs, cranberry sauce, parsley, egg and garlic; season to taste.
2.Form mixture into eight even-sized, flattened patties; chill 15 minutes.
3.Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium.
4.Dust patties in a little plain flour, shaking off excess. Fry 4-5 minutes each side, until cooked through. Drain on paper towel.
5.Serve with char-grilled potatoes and steamed green beans.
