1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Lightly spray 4 x 1 1/2-cup shallow ovenproof dishes with oil. Place dishes on a baking tray. Soak noodles in boiling water in a medium heatproof bowl for 3 minutes; stir noodles to separate strands, then drain.
2.Place noodles, tuna, onion, tomato, zucchini, flour, capers and egg in a large bowl; toss to combine. Spoon mixture into prepared dishes. Press firmly; smooth surface. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
3.Combine leaves and carrot in a bowl with oil. Season. Serve with salad.
You can add 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest instead of capers.
