Method
1.Heat a non-stick frying pan over moderate heat.
2.Add mince; cook, stirring to break up lumps with back of a spoon, 5 minutes, or until browned.
3.Add seasoning and water; cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Stir in tomato; cook 3 minutes, or until tomato softens slightly. Add onion; stir to combine.
4.Place shredded lettuce on serving plates. Top with mince mixture. Serve.
