Method
1.Combine mince, soy sauce and garlic. Shape tablespoons of mixture into balls; chill 20 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry meatballs, in 2 batches, 4-5 minutes each batch. Remove and set aside.
3.Stir-fry buk choy, broccoli and snow peas 1-2 minutes. Add combined extra soy, sugar and sesame oil; toss until bubbling.
4.Add meatballs and orange segments; cook 1-2 minutes.
5.Serve with rice and sweet chilli sauce; sprinkle with chives.
