Method
1.Heat oil in medium saucepan; cook harissa, paprika and half the onion, stirring, about 2 minutes or until fragrant.
2.Add stock and the water to onion mixture; bring to the boil. Remove from heat, add couscous; cover, stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, fluffing with fork occasionally.
3.Stir juice into couscous; season to taste. Serve sprinkled with remaining onion.
