Method
1.Cook onion in a heated oiled large saucepan, over high heat, stirring, for 3 minutes or until softened. Add beef; cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until beef changes colour.
2.Add tomatoes to pan; bring to the boil. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until mixture is thick. Add vegetables, simmer for a further 5 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
Freeze ¼ cups of savoury mince, in an airtight container, for up to 1 month.
