Method
1.Heat oil in a wok on high. Add pork; cook 3-4 minutes, until tender and starting to brown, breaking up lumps with back of a spoon.
2.Add onion, capsicum, snake beans, satay sauce and water; stir fry 2-3 minutes, until onion is tender and sauce has reduced.
3.Spoon pork mixture evenly into chilled lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
