Method
1.Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water according to pack directions.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Add garlic and capers, and cook for 1 minute. Stir through prawns and cook for 3-5 minutes, until they change colour.
3.Drain pasta, then add to frying pan with bocconcini, green onions, lemon juice and basil. Toss for 1-2 minutes. Season to taste. Serve.
For a richer version of this dish, you can add a splash of cream.
