Potato, leek, bacon andcorn chowder

1.Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium. Cook leek, bacon and garlic, covered, 10 minutes, stirring, until leek is tender.
2.Add potato, stock and corn. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 20-25 minutes, or until potato is very tender.
3.Using a hand blender, puree mixture until smooth. Season to taste.
