Method
1.Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water for 9 minutes. Add eggs and cook for another 6 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Drain. Cool eggs in cold water. Peel and cut into quarters. Cut potatoes in half.
2.Meanwhile, combine vinegar, anchovy and garlic in a bowl. Whisk in oil. Season.
3.Combine potato, egg, lettuce leaves, tuna, tomato and onion in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing, toss to coat and serve.
