Method
1.Spread paste evenly over each pizza base with a spatula.
2.Heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a large frying pan on medium. Place one pizza base in pan.
3.Top with 1/3 of the tomatoes, 1/3 of the salami and 1/3 of the olives. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of the pesto and sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese.
4.Cook for 5 minutes. Cover and cook for further 5 minutes, until cheese melts. Repeat with remaining pizza bases. Serve in wedges with salad.
