Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine mince, flour, chestnut, sesame seeds, onion, garlic, spice, egg and 2 tablespoons soy sauce in a medium bowl; mix well. Divide into 12 portions.
2.Cut each pastry sheet into 4 squares. For each bag, place 1 portion of mince mixture at centre of pastry; gather pastry over filing and pinch to enclose and form a bag. Place on prepared tray.
3.Bake for 18-20 minutes or until puffed and golden. Place extra sauce and chilli in a small bowl. Serve bags with dipping sauce.

Brush pastry bags with beaten egg, if you like. If available, you can use wan ton or grow gee wrappers instead of puff pastry. For a slightly more intense flavour, add sesame oil to mince mixture. Chill mixture for 15 minutes before preparing bags.
