1.Preheat oven to very hot, 250°C (230°C fan-forced).
2.Rub 1 tablespoon oil and cumin over pork; season well.
3.Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan on high. Cook pork 2-3 minutes each side, or until cumin is toasted and pork is golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
4.Pour over juice and scatter over orange slices. Bake 10-15 minutes, until orange starts to caramelise and pork is cooked through.
5.Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook kumara, turning, 10 minutes, or until golden and tender.
6.Place pork and orange slices on plates. Drizzle with pan juices; scatter over coriander. Serve with kumara wedges.
