1.Preheat an oven-grill to high. Split bread; grill both sides for 1 minute or until golden. Transfer to serving plates.
2.Press chicken into seasoning to coat evenly. Heat oil in a heavy-based frying pan over moderately high heat. Add chicken; cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden and cooked. Transfer to paper towels.
3.To assemble: spread mayonnaise over cut sides of bread, top bases with chicken, avocado, tomato, onion and salsa. Top with remaining bread. Serve with salad.
