Method
1.Preheat a sandwich press. Spread 1 tablespoon basil, cashew and parmesan dip over base of a split turkish roll.
2.Top with spanish salami, capsicum, semi-dried tomato, goat cheese and baby spinach leaves.
3.Close roll and toast for 2-3 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Alter fillings as desired – try ham, brie, cranberry sauce and rocket, or wholemeal sour dough bread with smoked chicken slices, cranberry sauce, baby spinach leaves and grated mozzarella cheese. Wrap unsliced and toast at work.
