Method

1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Saute onion 4-5 minutes.
2.Increase heat to high. Add mince and cook 6-8 minutes, until well browned, breaking up lumps as it cooks. Stir in tomato paste, then add tomatoes. Simmer 4-5 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in pine nuts, mint, vinegar, honey and spices.
3.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly dust four large oven trays with flour.
4.Place one pizza base on each tray. Spread evenly with beef mixture. Bake 10-15 minutes, until dough is crisp and golden. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and mint leaves.
