Ingredients

Method

1.Cook macaroni in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, according to packet instructions. Drain well and return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, melt butter in a large frying pan on medium. Saute bacon and garlic for 3-4 minutes until bacon is crisp.
3.In a jug, whisk together cream and eggs. Blend into pan with pasta, bacon mixture and parmesan. Season to taste. Toss over low heat until well-combined.
4.Spoon pasta into bowls. Serve topped with chives.

You can use any pasta of choice. You can use salami, ham or pancetta instead of bacon.
