Method
1.Preheat oven to 240°C (220°C fan-forced). Place each pizza base on a heated baking tray.
2.Place a medium frying pan over moderate heat. Spray bacon with oil. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until browned. Remove from heat. Cool bacon slightly.
3.For each pizza, spread base with 1/3 cup passata. Top with half the bacon, half the pineapple and half the mozzarella. Sprinkle half the basil over mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes or until pizza base is crisp and cheese is golden.
4.Cut pizza into wedges. Serve at once with mixed salad.
