Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.
2.Place pita bread on oven trays; spread 1 tablespoon tomato paste over each pita.
3.Divide ham, tomato and onion between pitas. Top each with ricotta.
4.Bake about 10 minutes or until topping is golden. Serve sprinkled with rocket leaves and basil.
