Method

1.Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, lightly spray a frying pan with cooking oil spray and heat on medium. Cook garlic for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
3.Add cream and bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Season to taste and serve immediately.

For an extra flavour and fibre boost, add 1 1/2 cups of frozen peas to the boiling pasta 1 minute before the end of the cooking time.
