Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Cook and turn sausages, in batches, for 8-10 minutes or until cooked. Transfer to a large heatproof plate; cool slightly. Slice.
2.Place pizza bases on prepared trays. Spread pizza sauce over pizza bases. Top with sausage, ricotta, olives, tomato and pizza cheese.
3.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted and bases are crisp. Serve with salad.

Look for pizza bases topped with tomato sauce.
