Method
1.Place chicken breast fillet, zucchini, parsnip and water in a small saucepan; bring to the boil.
2.Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes until vegetables soften and chicken is cooked through.
3.Cool slightly; blend or process mixture until smooth. Give your child as much purée as desired.
Suitable from 6 months old.
