Method
1.Preheat oven to very hot, 230°C (210°C fan-forced).
2.Spread potato wedges, in a single layer, over a large baking tray. Place schnitzels on a separate baking tray. Bake both trays, swapping halfway through cooking, 25 minutes, or until golden and cooked.
3.Meanwhile, toast buns until golden. Spread cut sides with dairy spread.
4.Place bun bases on serving plates. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and schnitzel. Drizzle with dressing. Replace bun tops. Serve with wedges.
Make your own wedges. Peel 4 potatoes, then cut into thick wedges. Cooking time and price will vary.
