Method

1.In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta 12 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserve 2 tablespoons of the cooking water. Return pasta and water to pan.
2.Place broad beans in a microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic food wrap; microwave on High (100%) 4 minutes or until tender. Stand for 2 minutes. Peel and discard outer skins.
3.Add broad beans, chicken, onion, parmesan and oil to pasta; cook and stir over moderate heat 3 minutes or until heated. Spoon into serving bowls. Serve topped with parsley and extra parmesan.
