Method
1.Slice beans diagonally. Heat oil in wok, stir-fry onion, garlic, chilli and beans until beans are just tender; remove from wok.
2.Add extra oil to wok, add steak in batches, stir-fry until tender.
3.Return steak and bean mixture to wok with sauce, coriander and sugar, stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until hot.
