1.Blend, process or grind seeds until coarse. Combine seeds, sauce, sake, sugar, ginger and garlic in shallow dish with steaks. Cover, refrigerate 30 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, make chilli dressing. Combine ingredients in small bowl in a screw-top jar and shake well.
3.Place onion in small bowl, cover with iced water, stand 10 minutes or until crisp and curled, drain.
4.Heat oil in large frying pan, cook steaks until done to your liking. Remove from pan, stand 5 minutes, covered, to keep warm. Slice thickly.
5.Arrange sliced steaks on serving plate, drizzle over dressing. Top with onion. Serve on steamed rice, if you like.
