Method
1.Remove crusts bread and process until finely chopped. Drain tuna. Reserve oil. Heat half oil in a frying pan on medium. Cook breadcrumbs and garlic cloves 3-5 minutes, until golden. Stir in parsley, oregano and lemon rind. Season to taste.
2.Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain. Toss with crumbs, tuna, lemon juice and remaining oil to serve.
