1.Finely grate 1 teaspoon of zest from grapefruit. Cut remaining skin and pith from grapefruit and segment flesh. Set aside. Squeeze remaining fruit flesh to extract 2 tablespoons of juice into small bowl.
2.To make dressing, combine juice, zest, oil, chives in bowl. Season with salt to taste.
3.Arrange kingfish on serving platter. Halve grapefruit segments and scatter over kingfish with radishes and chervil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with dressing.
