Method
1.Cook pasta in large pan of boiling salted water, according to packet directions. Drain and return to pan.
2.Heat oil in large frying pan on medium. Saute onion and garlic 1- 2 minutes, until softened.
3.Add chicken and cook, stirring, for 2- 3 minutes. Mix in broccoli, capsicum and zucchini. Cook for 1- 2 minutes. Blend in tomatoes and stock. Simmer 2-3 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
4.Add sauce and basil to pasta in pan and toss well to combine. Season to taste. Serve topped with parmesan and chunks of crusty bread or green salad.
