1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease and line two 30x20cm (base measurement) ovenproof dishes with baking paper.
2.Combine bread, salami and tomato in a large bowl. Whisk eggs, cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper in a large jug. Place bread mixture in prepared dishes. Pour three-quarters of the egg mixture over bread mixture. Stand for 20 minutes.
3.Sprinkle with parsley. Pour remaining egg mixture over bread mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
4.Bake 50-60 minutes or until just set at centre. Remove from oven. Stand for 1 hour. Cut into pieces. Serve.
