Method
1.Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, ricotta and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
2.Place coffee in a shallow dish. Dip a third of the biscuits, one by one, into coffee mixture. Arrange in a single layer over the base of a 1.5 litre (6-cup) round glass serving dish.
3.Spread a third of the ricotta mixture over biscuits. Repeat layers twice using remaining biscuits, coffee mixture and ricotta mixture. Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 4 hours. Serve tiramisu dusted with cocoa powder.
For a different topping, dust with cinnamon sugar.
