Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Place pear, ginger, cinnamon, sugar, juice and 1/3 cup water in a saucepan over moderately low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes or until pear is soft. Remove from heat.
2.Process biscuits in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a bowl; stir in coconut and flour. Rub butter into biscuit mixture until large crumbs form. Divide pear mixture among 4 x 1-cup ramekins or ovenproof dishes. Top with crumble mixture.
3.Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve with cream.
