Method
1.Place jelly crystals in a heatproof jug. Stir in boiling water, until dissolved. Add 200ml cold water and pour into four 3/4-1 cup glasses. Refrigerate for 1 hour, until set.
2.Top with a dollop of yogurt and strawberries to serve.
For special occasions, layer different flavoured jelly into glasses, allowing each colourful layer to set before adding another.
