Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease and line a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper.
2.To make the easy chocolate brownie, in a large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and butter together. Add dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Stir in flour and milk chocolate. Pour into pan; bake 15-20 minutes, until cooked when tested with a skewer. Cool in pan. Cut into small pieces.
3.To make butterscotch sauce, in a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer 3-4 minutes.
4.To make hot fudge sauce, in a saucepan, heat cream until almost boiling. Add chocolate, stirring, until smooth.
5.Set table with ice-cream dishes, scoops and spoons. Serve sauces with ice-cream, brownie and your selection of toppings. Accompany with lollies.

This is great for kids’ sleepovers. Older kids can make the brownie before dinner so it’s ready for dessert.
