Method
1.Arrange fruit evenly in 4 shallow, individual ovenproof dishes
2.In a bowl, combine ricotta and honey. Spread evenly over fruit.
3.Sprinkle combined coconut, almonds and sugar over ricotta mixture. When ready to serve, preheat grill to high and cook desserts for 3-5 minutes, until caramelised.
4.Serve with biscuits of choice, if desired.
If desired, bake desserts in oven at 180°C for 5-10 minutes, until golden.
