Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 6 x 1-cup capacity ramekins.
2.Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
3.Sift together flour and coffee powder. Fold into butter mixture alternately with milk.
4.Mix in chocolate. Pour into prepared ramekins, or a 5-cup casserole dish. Combine boiling water, brown sugar and cocoa, then pour over ramekins.
5.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or 40 minutes for large dish, until cooked when tested. Unmould and serve with ice-cream and Hot Fudge Sauce.
