Method
1.Place dark and white chocolate melts in separate small microwave-safe bowls. Microwave each bowl on High (100%) in 30-second bursts, stirring, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
2.Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Dip strawberries, one by one, in melted chocolate to coat. Let excess chocolate drip off, then dip strawberries into coconut or peanuts to coat lightly. Place on trays. Set.
You can dip other fruit, such as banana or orange segments. To prevent chocolate seizing, stir with a metal spoon while it’s melting. If chocolate overheats you must discard it.
