Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C.
2.Divide berries and banana among 6 x 3/4-cup (or 4 x 1-cup) individual ramekins. Drizzle each with honey
3.To make oat topping, sift flour into a bowl. Rub in spread using fingertips; mix in oats, coconut, sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
4.Sprinkle oat topping evenly over fruit. Bake 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
5.Serve desserts with ice-cream or custard.
